It is also a valuable source of information about the general situation of Spanish architecture, the types of projects submitted, and their geographical situation. If we should resume conclusions shortly, it would be by the following concepts: quality, variety - even antagonist viewpoints - innovation, internationalisation, orientation towards the user. Spanish architecture is in good shape. The "Manuel de la Dehesa" Prize went to the Scottish parliament by EMBT with a mention for the Esplanade for the Forum 2004, Barcelona by J.A. Martinez Lapena and Elias Torres Tur. The "Enric Miralles" Prize went to the New Lasesarre Football Stadium by Eduardo Arroyo. The catalogue includes a detailed description of the finalists projects with sections, plans, elevations, details and colour photographs, divided in chapters following their scale: S <1000 m2, 1000 m2 < S < 5000 m2, 5000 m2 < S < 10,000 m2 and 10,000 m2 < S < 150,000 m2.
