El contenido sobre Gerda Taro, quien fué realmente fotógrafa solamente dos años, ocupa aproximadamente -si acaso- una cuarta parte del libro. Al libro le sobran tres cuartas partes, donde el autor divaga demasiado sobre otras cosas (de España) y otras mujeres (de España), etc. etc. Compré el libro esperando una biografía de Gerda Taro, luego de leer la excelente biografía de Henri Cartier-Bresson "Henri Cartier-Bresson /El ojo del siglo", por Pierre Assouline, y me llevé una decepción con la obra de Fernando Olmeda.
