"Borderline" reflects the existential condition of the artist, the subtle difference between hysteria and falling in love. Using the development of the flower bud as a model, Robert Gligorov produces digitally-manipulated photographs, drawings, and paintings which graft the precious onto the horrifying and confront the viewer with a new iconography for contemporary times.
