An outstanding collection of 60 unique paper backgrounds, in high resolution image files. Each image shows a different type of paper that can be use in as a background in your favorite layout software.
Each one of the 15 different paper textures is presented in four styles. The plain texture, scanned from original high quality papers, plus three different folding effects for a total of 60 high resolution backgrounds. The folds and creases were applied using AutoFX Crease plugin from the DreamSuite Series I Collection
These textures are free and can be used in your commercial works. More information here. If you use any of these textures in your website, a link to Photoshop Roadmap will be appreciated. You can’t sell these textures.

I understand your need to recover your costs, but PLEASE don’t claim that they are free when there’s no way to download them without making a donation. I’ve just spent a lot of time on this site just to realize that I’m prevented from getting these “free” graphics at the last minute. Not everyone have a way of making a paypal payment, or any payment, online.

The graphics are free. You have to click on each texture and go to the FLICKR Download page. At that page there is a visible link that lets you download the texture.
The problem is that the file with 60 textures is really big and if I offered an open link to everybody, that file would be hotlinked from every site making my server bandwidth costs skyrocket. That´s why I ask for a donation.

this is NOT free if you hold folks to donating BEFORE they can download. why not let folks donate if and when they should….you might be surprised at how many will give. these are gorgeous papers…i might have given but not in order to get something FREE!!!

Hello Unhappy. This is FREE. Absolutely FREE. You can download each background without donating by clicking on each image.
If you don´t want to download each image separately, then you have to donate whatever you want to download the whole package at once. This is because it is a big file and transfer fees are very expensive. I can´t leave this link open to everybody, including robots and hotlinking.

Enrique, I love these paper textures. They’re beautifully detailed, easy to tile into a pattern, and scanned in such high quality. I am not ungrateful, and please do not take this as a complaint, but these are so perfect I only wish they were slightly larger in size so I could also use them for print reproduction purposes. I’m working on a specific web project now, but print design is my professional concentration. Often my web designs will flow over into updated print designs for my clients. There are countless ways I could use these lovely textures to upgrade my client’s marketing materials. But I understand that was not the point of these files. If you DO decide to release XL high-resolution versions of some of these textures, please let everyone know! :)
