To be eligible for this contest you must register for the contest and be at least 18 years of age. Users may enter only once, duplicate entries, duplicate accounts, or any other manipulation of the system will result in disqualification.

AFX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any offer or Program if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Program, as determined by AFX, in its sole discretion.

Official Rules

1. Promotion Period: The promotion will be divided into forty-five (45) days with a winner
   being drawn each day over the course of the promotion. Entries not within this timeframe will not be considered.
2. How To Enter and Play: Visit www.photoshoproadmap.com and enter your e-mail address and full name and agree to these terms and conditions and then submit your entry to the host site.
3. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from the pool of entries for each given contest. All potential prize winners are subject to verification of eligibility under these official rules.
4. Winners will be responsible for all applicable taxes (not limited to federal, state, local, and/or income) on prizes within their country, state and local municipalities. AFX and Host are not responsible for the reporting or collection of any duties, taxes or applicable fees. This is the sole responsibility of the winner.
5. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions of any kind, except by AFX, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.
6. How to Claim Your Prize: AFX will notify winners by email that they have been selected as a winner. Electronic download versions of the software will be provided and account access information for retrieving the software will be provided to the winner. The winner has 30 days in order to claim the prize, after-which AFX reserves the right to re-issue the prize to another contestant. AFX makes no warranties as to the condition, usability, compatibility or functionality of the prize awarded the winner.
7. Prize Selection: Prizes are awarded at random and are not available for selection by the winner. AFX reserves the right to choose / select / award prizes at its sole discretion.
