Creating Mosaic effect

In this tutorial I have explained two methods of creating Mosaic effect in Adobe Photoshop without using mosaic and pixalate filter. First method works out for the images where you need to take care of minute details of the image like eyes, nails of a finger, hair (I hope you got the idea). But for the image for which broad strokes of Mosaic effect are enough the steps involved to achieve that effect is almost totally different which I call as second method.
