Extracting the background of an image image

In this tutorial we will be showing you how to use the Extract Filter in Photoshop. There are many ways to remove the background from the image, but we find that the Extract Filter does a good to excellent job with extraction. We will be showing you how to highlight the edges of the object and to fill that specific area that you would like to protect from being extracted.
