How To Create A Bloody Police Line Crime Scene

In this tutorial, we'll be manipulating a brick wall textured background with a hole smashed into it. Inside is a creepy, dark room, where the walls are splashed with blood. Police Line Do Not Cross tape spreads over the wall to finish this crime scene illustration.
